Henrik founded docnetportalapp after seeing too many small businesses struggle with technology decisions. We began by helping local Yilan companies choose the right office equipment – printers that actually worked, software that made sense, computers that lasted more than two years.
Expanded Our Expertise
Remote work changed everything. Suddenly businesses needed more than just basic setups – they needed secure networks, cloud integration, and systems that worked from anywhere. We adapted quickly, learning new platforms and helping clients navigate the digital shift without breaking their budgets.
Regional Recognition
Word spread beyond Yilan County. Businesses across northern Taiwan started reaching out for consultations. We realized our approach – focusing on practical solutions rather than flashy tech – resonated with business owners who just wanted things to work reliably.
Looking Forward
Today we're working on something exciting – a comprehensive learning program launching in late 2025. We want to teach business owners how to evaluate technology themselves, so they feel confident making decisions between consultations. Because ultimately, the best tech is the tech you understand.

From Frustration to Solutions
Henrik started docnetportalapp after watching too many businesses struggle with technology decisions. "I kept seeing companies buy expensive equipment that didn't fit their needs, or choose cheap options that broke constantly," he explains.
Before founding the company, Henrik worked in IT support across various industries in Taiwan. That experience taught him that most technology problems aren't really technical – they're communication problems. Businesses needed someone who could translate tech specs into real-world benefits.
Today, Henrik splits his time between client consultations and developing our upcoming learning program. His goal? Help business owners feel confident about technology decisions, whether they're working with us or evaluating options on their own.
